The Origin Story
You know how some things are just too good to keep to yourself?
That’s how Lisa felt the first time she made kimchi using the Kim family’s multi-generational recipe.
A recipe so cherished, it’s practically a Kim family heirloom. S
he started sharing her kimchi with friends and family, and the response was unanimous: “We need more of this!”
Why Small Batch?
In a world of mass-produced everything, why do we insist on making our kimchi in small batches?
Simple.
It’s the only way to ensure that each jar is packed with the same love and care as the first one Lisa ever made.

Why the Name?
